Job Role
UHCG FZE on behalf of UnitedHealthcare Global Medical are currently inviting applications for HSE Offshore Medics to provide medical welfare and safety support to an offshore crew in the North Sea on a jack-up rig.
Duties include primary health care, emergency medical response, safety training medical evacuations and assisting with general administration and computer-based reporting.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Registration as either a Nurse or Paramedic or a trained ex-military medic with proven experience in providing prehospital care to advanced life support levels
- A minimum of two years' post medical qualification work experience preferably in an emergency setting
- HSE Offshore medics certificate
- Minimum Industry Safety Training (MIST)
- OGUK Offshore medical
- Offshore Survival – BOSIET
- Safety certificate ideally a NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely
- Current trauma certificate - preferred
- Current cardiac certificate - preferred
